Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Histopathology confirmed unresectable locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC
  • Measurable disease per RECIST 1.1
  • Local testing confirmed KRAS G12D mutation (tissue required for confirmatory central testing)
  • ECOG PS=0 or 1
