This study aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of haploidentical-cord blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), and to analyze the impact of different engraftment patterns (haploidentical engraftment versus cord blood engraftment) on clinical outcomes.
