Zanzalintinib Versus Everolimus in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

The primary purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of zanzalintinib compared to everolimus in participants with previously treated, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic neuroendocrine tumors.
