Key Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must have histologically or cytologically confirmed diagnosis of hormone positive HER2 negative metastatic breast cancer per ASCO/CAP …
• Estrogen Receptor (ER) or Progesterone Receptor (PR) are considered positive when expressed ≥1% on immunohistochemistry (IHC).
