- Diagnosed as recurrent or refractory lymphoma, leukemia or myeloma;
- Tumor cells express targets for CAR-T cell therapy (results: flow cytometry or Immunohistochemical test confirmation);
- Age 14-75 (including threshold), gender unlimited;
