Primary brain cancer kills up to 10,000 Americans a year. These brain tumors are typically treated by surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy, either individually or in combination. Present therapies are inadequate, as evidenced by the low 5-year survival rate for brain cancer patients, with median survival at approximately 12 months. Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Subject is a male or female 18 years of age or older.
  • Subject has a confirmed diagnosis of GBM according to the 2021 WHO Classification of Tumors of the CNS. Accordingly, eligible GBM patients will com…
  • Subject has a Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) 70% or greater.
  • Subject has a life expectancy of at least 6 months, in the opinion of the Investigator.
